<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nHong Shim can\u2019t afford to get that deer antler soup for him. She also can\u2019t leave him like that. She needs him to pay off that debt of his. So, she\u2019s off to the mountain to collect herbs, shoot down a bird and collect worms to make him a herbal soup before spending several nights nursing him. What a tender, loving scene. If only it wasn\u2019t because she worried she was losing her workhorse.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nWon Deuk wakes seemingly having developed some affection for Hong Shim. He softly gazes at Hong Shim before reaching over to touch the graze on her cheek.<\/p>\n
Won Deuk\u2019s pretty touched by the sight of Hong Shim preparing soup when she leaves for the kitchen to prepare him more soup. When he learns that she\u2019s been feeding him soup made from earthworms, he gags and swears he will make her pay. Seeing him so full of anger makes Hong Shim happy as that means he\u2019s on the mend and is able to start getting him working and earning money for that debt of his.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nHong Shim’s father run into Palace guards looking for the Crown Prince. He doesn\u2019t know who exactly they\u2019re looking for (since he doesn\u2019t know the man he found is the Crown Prince), but he seems to think they\u2019re looking for Won Deuk and mutters to himself that they won\u2019t find him. <\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nUnder the excuse of helping Won Deuk remember who he is\u2014something Won Deuk had asked when he woke\u2014Hong Shim gets Won Deuk to try out some tasks: splitting wood, twisting some straw and cutting some herbs with a sickle. He fails at them all, frustrating Hong Shim.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nVice Premier passes off Dong Joo\u2019s body as the Crown Prince\u2019s. With the body washed up on the riverside and face down, he goes to confirm the identity of the body as the Crown Prince\u2019s.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nLoan shark Ma Chil shows up at Hong Shim and Won Deuk\u2019s place wanting payment for the water jar Won Deuk broke whilst on that water delivery job on Mount Chunwoo. Ma Chil also wants interest.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nWith Won Deuk showing no skill in anything, Hong Shim sees no way of making money to pay off the debt. Her only way is to go to the magistrate\u2019s office and plead for a void on the loan agreement on the basis that Won Deuk is mentally unstable. No way is Won Deuk willing to accept the claim he\u2019s an idiot. So the loan remains.<\/p>\n

The Crown Princess is somber. Looking out of her room window, she recalls how Lee Yul was so against his father\u2019s plan to have him marry her. She believes that had she and Lee Yul not been wife and husband, the situation wouldn’t have been like this now. She wishes that Lee Yul is in a better place now.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nJung Jae Yoon has been investigating the death of the female physician and is suspicious of the person who turned himself in as the archer. Vice Premier looks to have found someone to take the blame. Jung Jae Yoon\u2019s not a fool. To verify whether this is the real archer, he has the supposed culprit shoot a chicken in flight. He hits it, but the way he held the arrow is not how one should hold it. So, the fake culprit is released. The rationale behind this is that it will be a faster way to find the real culprit as the fake one will lead him to the real one.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nJung Jae Yoon floats a lantern for Hong Shim with the wish she finds her brother. It\u2019s another month since Jung Jae Yoon\u2019s seen her on the bridge and it looks like it might be the last as Hong Shim tells him through a letter she won\u2019t be going there again. She\u2019s lost hope of meeting her brother alive. Unknown to her, Seok Ha is heading her way after he is given a last chance to either locate the Crown Prince\u2019s body or kill him after finding him alive.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nWon Deuk knows poems and totally upstages Park Sun Do! The poem Park Sun Do was feeling so smug about read something along the lines of \u201cIt is yellow, yellow. It is red, red. Blue, blue is the sky. It is nice, so very nice.\u201d Very simple and not very deep. Meanwhile, Won Deuk\u2019s poem, though a recitation, was so deep not even Park Sun Do could understand its meaning. Won Deuk had to explain it to him.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nAfter saving Hong Shim from Park Sun Do, Won Deuk tells her to never step into his gate again unless it\u2019s for him before gently wiping his thumb across her lips. Such great Hong Shim-Won Deuk development! Hong Shim is actually a little affected. She goes to touch her own lips after that. The romantic scene then turns comedic when Won Deuk suddenly remembers the meat pancake he went to Park Sun Do\u2019s celebrate for but didn\u2019t end up getting. Love it!<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nHong Shim is smiling and treating Won Deuk pretty well for the first time since they got married. Won Deuk still doesn\u2019t like the food he\u2019s being fed, but eats well when Hong Shim uses Park Sun Do to encourage him to eat it. She makes the suggestion of going back to Park Sun Do\u2019s place to work for the meat pancakes he like. She knows he would never want her to go back there just so she could earn money to buy him the pancakes. Even over an old man like Park Sun Do, he admitted being jealous before, so he was sure to eat it with the mention of going back to Park Sun Do. Hong Shim\u2019s not being curt, frowning or rolling her eyes at him for being picky. This is so nice. Hong Shim is warming up to Won Deuk! Yay!<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nThe villagers are complimenting Hong Shim\u2019s husband, saying how romantic he is and how satisfying it was to see Won Deuk stand up to Park Sun Do. That has Hong Shim smile some more and feeling quite proud of Won Deuk.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nHong Shim gets Won Deuk to read a couple book titles to see if the villagers\u2019 suspicions about him being able to read is true. Won Deuk sure can, and it has her so happy, she leaps across to give him a big hug. She\u2019s finally found a skill that can help pay back their debt.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nJung Jae Yoon is given a secret letter from Lee Yul. It’s a letter containing one Chinese character\u2014a riddle\u2014for Jung Jae Yoon to solve. Lee Yul had prepared this secret letter before leaving for the rain ritual and had asked one of Jung Jae Yoon\u2019s people to pass the letter onto him.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nWon Deuk and Hong Shim visit the bookstore where they get paid for the transcription work they did the night before. The skill is valued so much, Won Deuk\u2019s demand for a higher fee is granted by the owner. Won Deuk\u2019s no longer a good for nothing man, but a totally capable one!<\/p>\n
